My initial musings...

Although I am not the most technologically savvy individual, I am eager to learn. This website and blog is my first venture into the world of promoting myself as a professional Career Counselor and I am excited to share this journey with you, reader! It is my goal to integrate the technology skills I learn in this course and develop through practice with this website with the counseling skills I am continuing to enhance through my work as a Career Advisor at Florida State University and education within the Career Counseling program. Despite the confusion and challenges I am sure to face when it comes to this website, I look forward to cultivating new skills and using these abilities in my future career. I hope to use this website after I have completed this course as a marketing tool when I am searching for jobs, and perhaps as a personal website to advertise my service as a Career Consultant and Private College Counselor for students graduating from High School.
