1. The Florida State University Career Center

The Career Center serves more than just FSU students and alumni; this resources is also available to community members, like you! If you are local to Tallahassee, stop by the Career Center during advising hours from 9:00am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday, for help with choosing a major, occupation, and resume critiques!

2. Human Services Center at Florida State University

​

Life can be stressful. Sometimes you might feel like you just need someone to talk to. The Human Services Center at Florida State University provides individual, family, and couples counseling to community members, as well as students. These services are provided within the FSU College of Education.

1. O*Net OnLine

​

O*Net OnLine is valuable resource to learn about various occupations, such as a daily responsibilities and knowledge needed, as well as a tool to find training and certification programs.

​

2. My Next Move

​

Affiliated with O*Net OnLine, My Next Move can also provide useful information about occupations presented in a more lively way. Additionally, users can take a brief assessment called the Interest Profiler to find occupations that may match your interests, values, and skills. 

​

3. Occupational Outlook Handbook 

​

Run by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Occupational Outlook Handbook (OOH) provides information about occupations, accredited training opportunities, state and area data, and professional organizations to learn more.
